Rule #16:

Use a non-bearing wall system, exterior panelized system, and interior semi-transparent system.

The structural system should be the same type for every store location, according to Rule #3, and therefore should be a non-bearing wall exterior wall system. It is preferable to use the same wall section for every store, keeping simplicity in the replication of the store. It is most important that the facade material be a corrugated metal system to keep a similarity in stores, and to reinforce the store branding. The interior wall material should be a translucent polycarbonate. It desired, one can use a different material that is also translucent that would give some depth to the wall and allow a person to partially see through to the materials beneath.
